No other speaker on the market gives you a warranty like this one. It is simple UNLIMITED 2-YEAR "EVEN IF YOU BREAK IT" WARRANTY
As a Yorkville product owner who purchased the product in Canada or the U.S.A. you should be aware that there is an UNLIMITED 2-YEAR "EVEN IF YOU BREAK IT" WARRANTY on most of the products that we make. Furthermore, we don’t care if you bought it from an authorized Yorkville dealer or if it was new when you bought it. As long as it is an electronic product or speaker system of our manufacture which was purchased by a dealer or end user as a new unit within the past two years, or first rented as a new unit within the past two years, you are covered. That’s virtually all there is to it. What voids the warranty? Virtually nothing voids the warranty*. In simple terms, if it needs repairs for any reason during its 2-YEAR warranty period, it is covered.
If you have difficulty determining whether or not something is still under warranty, simply note the manufacturing date contained in the serial number, then add two years to obtain a feasible expiry date. When there is no other proof, that is what we do. In our serial number system, the year of manufacture is the first digit, and the month is next two. For example, serial number "701----" would date from 1997, month 01 (January). A feasible expiry date would therefore be January 1999.
* As expressed on our warranty card "Freight charges and damages caused as a result of major accidents or natural disasters (such as fire, automobile wrecks, tornadoes, etc..) are excluded from this warranty."
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
Simply contact the dealer you purchased the product from. If that dealer is either not willing to help, or is not an authorized dealer you can contact us directly. We strongly suggest that you try to keep the dealer involved. They have better access to shipping resources, and are often able to fix the product locally, and file a warranty claim with us. This dramatically reduces down time.
We do not have "Authorized Service Centers" that are not in some way linked to a Yorkville dealer. If you must send merchandise back to us directly, we suggest you contact us first. You can reach our service departments at the following addresses:

Detailed information about our warranty.
In Canada and the United States Yorkville offers an "EVEN IF YOU BREAK IT" two year unlimited warranty on most of it's products. This warranty has made us famous. Not only because of the fact that it is one of the few real warranties that protects the consumer rather than the company, but also because it wouldn't be possible for us to offer this warranty if our products broke down!! Rock solid design and construction will guarantee that your unit works when you need it to, but just in case...
UNLIMITED WARRANTY
Coverage by the Yorkville two & ten year unlimited warranty is transferable and it is not necessary to register your name. If, for any reason, any product manufactured by Yorkville Sound should fail within two years (ten years on all wooden enclosure elements) of the original purchase date, we will repair it free of charge. This includes speaker products. Simply return the defective unit to your Yorkville dealer with original proof of purchase and it will be repaired free of charge. Freight charges and damages caused as a result of major accidents or natural disasters (such as fire, automobile wrecks, tornadoes, etc.) are excluded from this warranty.
Exceptions
Yorkville's TX-Series products carry the same full warranty coverage, however, speakers & drivers are only covered against factory defects. Yorkville's YSM Series monitors & Coliseum Mini Series loudspeakers are covered by a two year transferable warranty against manufacturing defects. Traynor 'International Series' guitar and bass amplifiers carry a two year transferable warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty is valid only in Canada or the United States of America.

GX3
GX Series amplifiers are ideal for professional entertainers who require maximum performance and portability on a limited budget. The hallmarks of the QSC brand - professional audio quality, meticulous engineering, precision manufacturing and long-term reliability - are all intrinsic to GX. Add contemporary styling, multiple input/output options, light weight, and advanced protection circuitry, and the GX Series clearly represents real value - something everyone can use.
GX amplifiers deliver just the right amount of power to the most popular speakers used by entertainers. Typically, loudspeaker manufacturers recommend an amplifier with power output equal to the speaker's Program (Music) Power rating or two times (2 x) the Continuous (RMS) Power rating.
The GX3 is ideal for speakers in the 300 watt (Program) range, while the GX5 provides full performance for 500 watt (Program) speakers. The GX7 outputs 725 watts into an 8 ohm load. Owners of popular 4 ohm loudspeakers (such as dual-woofer, two-way models) will find the 700 watt (4 ohm) power of the GX5 an ideal match while the GX7's 1000 watts will very capably power many of today's popular subwoofers or two typical 8 ohm speakers per channel.
Technical Notes
The GX3 uses the latest evolution of the QSC Grounded Collector output system, for optimum cooling of the critical power transistors. A true Class B biasing system combines maximum thermal efficiency with excellent audio performance.
The GX5 uses a Class H system, based on key elements of the PL Series, (PLX, PL3, CX, DCA) almost doubling power in the same size and weight. QSC design expertise allows the output devices to shift from low-power to high-power rails in less than a millionth of a second, ensuring that the output power is always right where it needs to be without excess loss.
Both amplifiers use premium toroidal power transformers for reliable "mid-weight" performance. A variable-speed fan moves air crosswise through the amplifier, drawing cool air in over the power transformer, through the fan, and then over the heat sink. This keeps the transformer cool and allows a full size heat sink to fit in a down-sized chassis.
The GX7 adds the road-proven PowerLight supply to the Class H output section, for more overall output power and additional weight savings. The result is one of the highest power-to-weight ratios in the industry. A low-noise variable-speed fan with rear-to-front airflow keeps amplifiers and racks cool.
As always, GX Series amplifiers are fully protected from the usual hazards of the trade, ensuring stable performance and long life.
GuardRail™
GuardRail protection delivers full peak power while preventing detrimental overloads. During excessive clipping, or extreme overheating, GuardRail reduces gain just enough to preserve the integrity of the music, protect the speakers and keep the audience excited, without unprofessional distortion levels or shutdowns.
Subwoofer/Satellite Crossover
A subwoofer reduces strain on the full-range speaker, allowing it to play louder, or letting a smaller speaker do the same job. The GX Series supports this mode with a Crossover switch that splits the full-range input entering Ch 1, sending 20 Hz -100 Hz to the sub (Ch 1) and 100 Hz - 20 kHz to the top box (Ch 2). The front panel gain controls balance the sub and top box, while GuardRail optimizes peak power into the sub and top individually, for greater musical impact and dynamic range. GuardRail optimizes peak power into the sub and top individually, for greater musical impact and dynamic range.
